Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

 

Most commonly asked questions and answers are here.  However, if you have a question that you don't see here, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Do you offer Rent to Owns?

 

Yes we do!  Why rent when you can buy and have the benefits of home ownership.  We have a variety of programs and homes available to you to make buying a home easy and stress free.

Homes usually consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Contact us today to see what is available.

What do you have available to rent?

 

We currently only rent the following:  Lots for mobile homes, RVs, bunkhouse/crewhouse, park model homes, storage units, commercial office space, and a limited number of mobile homes.

 

We do not have any apartments that we rent.  Mobile home rentals are limited and come and go quickly.  Contact our park manager for more information on what is available for you.

Do you offer short term lot rentals?

 

Yes we do.  We offer short term and long term lot rentals for RVs and bunkhouses.  If you have an RV you can stay over night, 1 week, 1 month or longer.  Whatever you need, we will do our best to accomodate you.

Am I able to have pets?

 

Absolutely.  We are a pet friendly park, however, we do have certain guidelines concerning pets that must be adhered to in order to maintain safety, peacefulness and cleanliness.  For more information on which pets are allowed in the park and the rules that pertain to you and your pets, please contact our park manager.

Are there bus stops in the park for kids going to school?

 

Yes.  There are a few stops within the park where buses stop.  You'll see signs in the park for the main stops.

Where do I put my trash?

 

Trash dumpsters are placed throughout the park.  You may use any of the dumpsters for household trash only.  All trash must be placed inside the dumpsters.  

 

Any large items that is not considered "household trash" must be taken to the landfill.  If in doubt, please ask us for clarification.

I'm connecting new electric service.  Who do I call?

 

Northfork Cooperative Electric is the area's electric provider.  You'll need to contact them at

(580) 928-3366 to set up an account.  If you need electric work done, we recommend Carter Electric.

Am I able to connect my mobile home to Natural Gas?

Yes.  Each mobile home lot has natural gas connections.  You will need to contact a licensed plumber to connect the gas lines to your home and contact Oklahoma Natural Gas to set up a new account to initiate new service.
